FUNU Posterior Allograft Si Fusion

  1. The physician places a blunt joint finder into the joint. This is designed to follow the joint plane and minimize the possibility of misdirecting the implant.
  2. Then he placed a dilator over the joint finder to minimize soft tissue injury. The working channel is placed over the dilator and gently seated into the joint.
  3. The physician then prepares the joint space with two passes of a specially designed drill bit.
  4. The graft is then placed through the working channel and tamped into place. Rough the working channel and tamped into the proper position.
