FUNU Posterior Allograft Si Fusion
- The physician places a blunt joint finder into the joint. This is designed to follow the joint plane and minimize the possibility of misdirecting the implant.
- Then he placed a dilator over the joint finder to minimize soft tissue injury. The working channel is placed over the dilator and gently seated into the joint.
- The physician then prepares the joint space with two passes of a specially designed drill bit.
- The graft is then placed through the working channel and tamped into place. Rough the working channel and tamped into the proper position.
